The other place I was going to recommend was Frys. I did a quick search online but didn't find any, but if you are near a store you might want to consider dropping by.

Because I'd like to have it with me when I return to the UK permanently in June (when my student visa expires).
The only other computers I use are college systems and I do my work on my own system, and just use those to pick up an email copy of my work and print it.

FWIW, I use a ThinkPad laptop with an operating system called "Windows 7" from Microsoft. You can go into the "Control Panel" and then the "Clock Region Keyboard" menu -- and change your keyboard layout.

The list of languages was quite interesting. But English UK was one of them.
