I would suggest you take a look at the Mornington Peninsula http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mornington_Peninsula. Mt.Martha has lovely beaches and a good range of properties. It's very family friendly....

I've just confirmed numbers to the restaurant. There are 19 adults and 9 children coming.
