Quoll, there has been a single incident a couple of weeks ago of stones being dropped off a bridge & the local authority has pushed forward existing plans to fit barriers, at the moment to 1 bridge....

Absolutely, however I am giving a direct example of our situation and if we had stayed in the UK that is what my daughter would have been doing, in our case coming here has prevented that.

Check your handbooks for MPH/KPH as my old Discovery, Honda Civic & Triumph motorbike could switch between them, hopefully VW have made it that simple too.

Don't think so - Charnwood Fish Bar was recommended to us but the one in Florey is just as good & at the top of our road so not worth travelling elsewhere, let me know if you find anywhere.

Not sure about importing but you can get VW campers here from Kea Campers, they're pricey new but look on the website & they sell off the ex rentals for $40 - 45k - 2 & a half years old with 100,000...

Be careful, had a huge row with a check in clerk in Los Angeles a couple of years ago because Virgins limit is 20kg per bag & 1 bag each.
Despite us only having 2 bags with about 25kg & 1 with 14kg...

Check out your old mortgage offer letter, it should tell you what the rate will revert to after the deal ends.
Be careful before changing as it is possible the rate will be 1 or 2% above base so...
