I have only been on 4 holidays (sad git) in the last 10 years outside of the UK, and thankfully can remember the dates of those. Living in Northern Ireland, Dublin is considered to be in 'another country' so, will I include my overnight stay in Dublin for my IELTS exam in March amongst the places I've visited in the last 10 years?

Yes Jenni..you must mention this..Let's say even if you don't need to mention your Ireland stay in form 80, this will not harm you in any way, even if you mention this!!
My experience, give all the information up to detail level in form 80. I even attached 2 more pages with form 80 and mention my company address( headquarters address in india with phone no. and faxes) and also the branch addresses where I worked with phone no and fax no. I also included my references names, designations, their official email id's in from 80. This will be very easy for them to conduct the medical checks if they want!
So I will say, yes mention your stay in Ireland!

Or you could just leave it all till the last minute and find that thankfully you didn't have to submit it
. We've been all over Europe in the last 10 years, it was going to be a nightmare date wise and a continuation sheet!

I am going to lodge 175 online within next couple of days. Am I supposed to attach form 80 as a part of other docs upload? is it a part of mandatory document check list for 175 lodgment (online)?

I didn't attach it up front. But I had it ready. When the CO asked for it, I simply attached it.

Its not mandatory..but it's better to attach now..Otherwise CO will ask for it at the later stage and it can delay the processing.
