We fly to Melbourne with our then 5 months pld son last October.Everything is fine.

Just give the baby more water as it is dry in the cabin.A pram/stroller will be handy in the airport.

If you just want to stay one night and do not intent to do any sighseeing in Kuala Lumpur, I suppose the Pan Pacific Airport Hotel is fine and convenient to you .I stayed there once as I arrived late...

Most hotel in Malaysia offer two beds, sometimes 2 single beds ,sometimes 2 double bed.,.With some extra charge, you can get additional single bed.

Notary Public are found only in Commonwealth countries, ie ex-British colony like OZ, Malaysia, Singapore etc.

In some countries, some very senior lawyers are also Notary Public.
