Rent Assistance for house owner ?
due to the slow down in the property market, may be it is not a bad idea to buy a prop now and rent it out.
The question is whether once one owns his or her own property, and actually rent it out, can he/she still entitle to rent assistance in respect of the property he /she is still renting ?
