No, sent the PNP certificate once received, about 2 weeks after applying for visa extension electronically.

What forms do I fill out now?

Waited 23 weeks.

said "provide PNP certificate"

I did this back in September, confused, did they not receive?
Why did they not just ask for it?

My plan was to get a twp for 2-3 years and then apply through the CEC route once the two years lapsed.

I am based on VI and found getting site carpenters/millwork installers pretty easy with loads of competition for vacancies....
