Default Restoration of status

Just got visa extension refused!
Waited 23 weeks.

said "provide PNP certificate"

I did this back in September, confused, did they not receive?
Why did they not just ask for it?

Visa's run out August!
can apply for restoration if within 90 days

means too late!

What now?

You have 90 days from the date of the refusal letter to apply for reinstatement. It depends, did you send the PNP nomination letter with the extension request, if not, then it is unlikely to be married up.

No, sent the PNP certificate once received, about 2 weeks after applying for visa extension electronically.

What forms do I fill out now?

Yeh, it does give date resident status expiry.

So 90 days from then, ok.

In panic mode again.
