Thats what we were told so dropped the price, if not sold by the end of this month we are going to pull it off the market and try next spring, don't want to but another 6 months is not that bad is it?

(this is from my youngest son who is 'helping' me to type!)

could you not just leave it on the market?
that way if the right buyer turns up in the meantime you can sell and if they dont you can just pick up the marketing again in the spring?

But if there are no buyers around why are the EAs knocking on our doors?

Been there 4 times and its superb. Free internet, rooftop swimming pool, sofa's with speakers in and large lcd tv screens, shops, shop, shops, the road up to the airport is lined with huge blue palms.....ahhhh singapore's changi airport, it's worth the trip just to go there.

I'm on my lunch break, nipped home to tidy up, don't know why, no viewings for weeks but live in hope!

Bushy, we are heading to Melbourne if we ever sell the bloody house. May reduce it AGAIN next week if no interest.

Catch you all later, work to do!

If a property is on the market too long it goes stale and then buyers think there is something wrong with the house/area according to those in the know, is that right Bushy?

Hmmmm...... difficult ground. Just depends on how quick you want to sell. A change of agents is sometimes all you need. What happens if the market crashes? Estate agent news says (had delivered this morning)

HEADLINES - "STAND BY FOR A TOUGH SPRING"

Oh dear!
