Right need a bit of advice from you guys who have been on this thread and are in the know.
Got a buyer for the house all going ok just a chain of 3 now my buyers buyer has pulled out. My buyers still wants my house so what do you think put it back on the market (and do all that bloody cleaning again) or wait for them to get another buyer?
What do you think?

the way things are going it may take your buyers buyer a while to find another buyer
I say put it on market again things are happening very slowly in the house selling dept
