Credit card can cancel it as they have acknowledged that this is a rogue payment. Problem is the cancellation take 14 days and could result in both being cancelled so we would have no tickets

not sure if i should name and shame on a public forum - but it is probably safe to mention that our stopoff is dubai and their name starts with an 'e' 
the credit card company said they could cancel the transaction but it would take up to 10 days to credit back onto the account and it would probably cause our tickets to be cancelled 
- so not doing that
