Yep. Won't be making that mistake again.
It's quite funny really - the reason I was so angry (and it's a bit of a long story, so bear with me) is that I started a diploma caourse last year. Couldn't finish it because of being away looking after my mum. They promised me a place on the course this year, and I have the evidence to prove it. It starts on Wednesday, I've arranged the time off etc etc and I get an email today to say that they've allocated my place to someone else! I've already put in 6 months work for this thing and I don't intend to see it go to waste. The reason it's funny is that it's a management diploma, teaching us assertiveness and the like, so I used all my newly-acquired skills to stick a rocket up their bums!

Find out on Tuesday (next hip flask day). My argument is that I don't need to attend all the sessions, just the ones I missed which is about 4 days I think. I can scrunch up quite small thereby taking up only a little room and I can bring my own lunch
