Good luck donating to charities such as the salvos! They turned down an Italian leather sofa, flat screen telly, teak dining table, stainless steel double door fridge and a kitchen full of goodies...

I have just moved to Mosman from the eastern suburbs and absolutely love it. Yes it it is a little more pricey, but in comparison, maybe $75 a week in rent or so!
