I'd go for Black Rock over Carrum any day they are worrld's apart in character - but be aware that BR is poorly served by public transport so you will need a car.

I don't get this european thing about Melbourne, I read about it in tourist guides and even work in the "Paris" end of Collins Street (which by the way is nothing like any part of Paris I have seen).

You cannot claim NI back but you may be entitled to a (part)pension at 65...

EBA is Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, which is basically an agreement between the unions and employers on terms and conditions. They usually last 3 to 4 years.

Saw the end of a television programme yesterday which was all about the Sally Morgan book. They were saying that the book was not a balanced view of the past and gave rise to a lot of questions.
