Shipping a few items

After recently losing his parents, my husband inherited a few pieces of furniture, no great value just sentimental worth. Would anyone have any suggestions for the most economical way to have them...

Bringing inherited guns into Canada???

My husband is back in the UK for his fathers funeral. He has been left 3 old rifles, nothing fancy or of any great value, but sentimental all the same!

We applied for TWP and BC PNP at the same time. Came over on the TWP then after 6months became PR's through the PNP. All went so smoothly. As long as your employer in genuine it is a great program....

Hi Guys, We are heading west for a week long trip to the island this summer. Desperatley need to see the ocean!!!

OH is a motor mechanic, once we had decided where we wanted to be in Canada, he cold called every auto shop in the area and managed to get 2 verbal job offers over the phone. Went with one, had a TWP...

Yeah, my oh sold his harley dyna, ural and 650honda before we came here. He's bought a 650 Honda dual sport which is great for when he gets that "two wheel" urge and its a lot of fun off road!!!! But...

In Bc they will exchange your UK bike licence for a BC one - no test needed:thumbsup:

We moved to Armstrong (just north of Vernon) almost 2 years ago:thumbsup:, funnilly enough with 2 boys aged 3 and 5!!!! We absolutely love the place. Vernon has all the facilities that you need day...

We were in a simular dilema about 3 years ago . . .and thankfully decided on the okanagan :wub:
On paper, for lots of practical reasons we should have moved to Calgary, but we followed our hearts...

We moved to the Okanagan almost 18months ago and love it. We've just bought an acreage in Armstrong, north of Vernon. Its a fantastic community with everything we need. For us Kelowna and kamloops...

We did our BC drivers test last year, but OH is thinking of taking his bike licence soon. He had a UK motorcycle licence for 15years . . . .hopefully this means its just a transfer???????
