So long as you live in the catchment area the school HAS to take you, so you can secure the place at the same time as you pay your fees and once the fees are debited start at the school. We paid on...

Binbird, Nutsobird lives in Glenhaven, that is why there is some confusion. I was a little surprised to see you suggest it would only take 20 mins from there.

Trouble with getting a teaching job, is that if you don't arrive until Oct/Nov schools actually break up in Dec until Feb so he may be lucky to secure a job but would not be paid for a couple of...

If you are moving to Frenchs Forest and want a gym then Virgin Active is a good one, it has only been open a year and has lots of facilities and classes. Good luck with the move.

Yes, we did have a good time - as FTC organiser this month CH had even organised for the rain to hold off until later in the day!! It was good for the children to get some fresh air and friendship.
