I think your best bet is to have your wife as main applicant and leave your self employment out of it, do the points test, check the age carefully as 1963 as per profile, wife must have worked...

Don't waste your time and money with Hull, go to the Duke Medical Center in Sheffield, excellent and they will probably fit your meds in almost right away, they do a lot of OZZY meds ...

Do not know if you can buy the above drugs in Bangkok, they are Prescription only drugs here in the UK and Malarone is Expensive as it is done on a private Script from your Dr, the good...
