Good news and Bad...house sale

Good news and Bad...house sale
Well the buggers have finally completed...yyyyeee hhhaaaaa.
They did take it past the completion date by using legal means to extend the date. But it is finally sold as of Friday UK time!!! Great News. (not great exchange rate but sod it - we have the money)
Now the bad...the house we have offered on, the pest report came back....bloody active termites. Ah well back to the Saturday viewings, unless someone has a better idea? Still stuck in the ruddy cold wooden shed this winter.
