My police clearance took 22 days from the posting, cheque clearing and clearance arriving. I guess it just depends who is in the queue at that point and what time of year it is.

Gill, I sent mine to london on 9th June 2007 and got it back on 1st July 2007. I suspect yours may be arriving the end of this week all being well. I was informed around 21 day mark is the average.
