I am sure I read somewhere that the tax on non resident property owners is being abolished so I don't need to do the form 210 :confused:but can't find anything about it - did I dream it?

coming back from Alicante last week they were very strict about only one bag as cabin luggage which included handbags and the stuff brought at the airport. Luckily i hadn't brought anything...
