reciprocal agreement with spain re child support.
Hi all.
I've been told that there is some agreement in order between britain and spain re child support. Has anyone any experience of this? I have been advised to go to the local magistrates court and take it from there, but am wondering if it actually gets put in place or not, or whether i'll be just wasting my time? My husband is in Spain, myself and my children are in the UK.
If anyone has any experience of this i'd love to hear it, thanks in advance.

there is an international agreement about the reciprocal enforcement of maintainance orders

the problem is that you rely on the foreign jurisdiction to enforce the order and spain is not the quickest but apparently getting better
