Hi its nice to know we will not be on our own in this area .We think we have sold our house ( fingers crossed ) and will be renting for a while .Then hope to buy a ruin (me and my son are builders )...

Hi Nationwide Flex account is brilliant no charges for taking money out and a good exchange rate (I never take much cash with me now just use the hole in the wall)

It's just that I wanted to have a good look at what's availible in quite a
large area but if they are charging for viewing's it will cost...

Now the house is sold we have been looking on the net at all sort of property
but have seen that some estate agents are charging 10 euro per house to veiw is this the norm ?:confused:...
