The irony is that if she was pulled over by the police instead she would have been told of the offence there and then and able to rectify her ways immediately. Cameras dont help slow down traffic...

Agree - it will take him a while to get his act together... Remember that it cost the LL money swap over tennants - inspections, contract etc, so the less often he has do it the better.

Agree some LL want the security - we had to break ours much to our annoyance of telling them repeatedly we want a month to month before we signed a new agreeemnt.... the only other thing you can do...

We moved from Perth to Briz for work and then moved back to Perth after 18 months. Couldnt get used to Brisbane - the hills for one! Hard to get round and roads are windy compared to Perths "grid"...

I pay 70-75 in WA - pretty much the norm for those who charge. If you can find a bulk-bill doctor then its technically free. There is a website but I forget what it is that tells you they are bulk...

On the cash front Perth isnt cheap anymore. Rents are hard to get and high unless you live far out. Allow at least $450 per week for a 3 bed house about 10-15km away. Apartments in town cost about...

SOR is cheaper historically. Thats about it. Its more featureless - but some swear by it. If you have no preference and there is no reason to be NOR then consider SOR. Just spend some time driving...

Yep did them from LHR to Shanghai then overnight then on to Melbourne
New planes and was fine.
We flew business class. Food was ok. Nothing great. Service ok as well but wanted to clear everything...
