Foxtel Question
We have foxtel installed in one of the TV rooms.....my question is, can i get a link without paying for the multiroom.
When we were in the UK we have a little eye type thing that sat onto off our portable tv in the bedroom.....is their something similiar that we can do her without having to line foxtel's pockets.
Not bothered about having to watch the same thing as somebody else in a different room.

Re: Foxtel Question
You can buy a video sender Jaycar should sell them or Google to find out where to buy one.
Remember you can only watch what is being shown on the main unit.

Re: Foxtel Question
Yes, we had one years ago (eventually got a second foxtel box). From memory we bought it at Dick Smith.

Re: Foxtel Question
We have brought our video sender from the uk, does anyone know if it will work here or not? Also in the UK we used it from down to upstairs, here we are on a level will it still work?
Its currently with customs along with the rest of our belongings.

Re: Foxtel Question
u can use the same eye thing u used in the UK. The foxtel box is essentially the same as a sky box.

Re: Foxtel Question
I just plugged the RF output via a splitter into my aerial system which runs to all rooms - a TV in another room just sees the tuned Austar/Foxtel channel as another received channel.
