The advice to bring Uk plugboards and only change one plug is useful but in QLD at least illegal.
I thought that the "it's illegal to change a plug in QLD" comment was an urban myth but...

Strangely enough neither customs nor Quarantine were interested in whether our Fridge or Freezer were CFC Free. I was present at both inspections and no one asked and there are no stickers on either....

QLD - Driving test fee refund

My other half has recieved a letter of apology and a refund for her driving test fee from QT.

Apprently the new rules about no test for UK licence holders shoudl have been implemented 6 months ago...

We found that they were breeding in the grease trap for our Septic tank.
Had that cleared and sprayed and we've been fine - mostly.

My OH was in the same position last week. She crammed for about 2 hours then took the test.
Test is 2 parts and you're allowed 1 error in part 1 and 2 in part 2.
First part was about right of way,...
