Thank for that. How long does a RRV last for because a move back isnt on the cards for a while. I got PR on points, now Im over 40, if I reapplied, I would lose 5 points which would mean I wouldnt...

Got PR (through points) in Aug 2005. Went to Oz sept 2005 and lasted less than a year so no CitShip. 5 years now passed, so PR has just expired. Does that mean if ever anyone...

thanks - yes to both. OP hasnt given any idea why he started the thread. He's made a long term contribution to the UK - like him or not there are plenty who get CShip that I'd be more cross about...
