possibly! It depends how the question is phrased, e.g. "have you ever been charged with an offence?", the answer is yes - you were charged but the charges were dropped.

If you're an Assessment Level 1 you can also apply on-shore (in Australia).

Both myself and OH did this. Came in to Australia on ETAs and then applied once we got here. Had medicals done then...

i would have said that its only going to be for a dependant who's partner is on Subclass 573 - masters by course work. there are other degree's available under the same visa including the graduate...
