We're in Whyalla, SA, like a large UK town, and love it. We get the hot temperatures here to, 45 pretty regularly in the summer. We have everything here that we can get elsewhere and the community...

Aaargh - I'm being really thick tonight and can't find the answer to this anywhere - can you help? Do we have to pay stamp duty when buying a house in rural SA.

So sorry, just heard that the whole situation is being treated as a double murder and suicide and her husband, no longer a suspect is now being treated for severe shock. How awful. Sorry.

I'm British and employed as one - BUT - I wasn't one in the UK. I came here on a permanent residence visa and was able to apply because of that. That may be the only route to go down if it's not on...
