Were in the same boat, have 3 different buyers all cannot sell, so we've decided to go anyway, visas need to be validated by may 21st. Let the agents and solicitors earn their money I say.

we found out through a deicated agent Oz & NZ that if you go west via L.A. you get 32kg each doubled for migrant, cannot do stopover on one way fare and flight was £790 pp as you have to go...
