We are trying to get a spouse visa sorted at the moment and I have my medical in 2 weeks then it's just what I presume will be the very laborius task of getting all the paperwork...

Hi there,

I am currently applying for a spouse visa and was wondering if anyone had any idea of how long the police checks take to come back. I think on the forms it said it should be in 40 days....
