Transfering money from Canada to UK

I am so confused we leave for UK on 23 April house sale closes on 2 May if funds are deposited into our Canadian bank account how do we transfer to UK account,We should be able to open a Uk account...

Funny met one of our neighbours walking her wee cairn terrier blue with the -10 weather asked me why are you moving back to Scotland then got the usual speech things have changed people have moved on...

Ontario especialy GTA terrible for house prices or renting young people no chance now to buy my daughter bought 5 years ago moving back to UK on 14 May can buy a house outright for around 170000...

What has happened in Ontario especialy the GTA renting is unreal $2000 Aa month not to mention the housing market has gone insane half a million for an old house if you can get one.Young people now...

We are retiring back to UK not looking for jobs but my daughter 40 and grandaughter 18 coming back with us.How long do they have to be in UK Scotland before they qualify for Jobseekers allowance...

This TOR is driving me nuts....In order to get TOR I have to get someone in Scotland to say i will be staying with them in order to fill form.This involves them having to write a letter to that...
