TOR....AGAIN
Moving back to Scotland 2022 havent a clue about TOR.When we go back only thing we are taking is two suitcases and two Scottish terriers.We plan to send a box with personal items approx 60lbs on ahead to family.Is a TOR form mandatory and how soon before we go can i submit it.This is so confusing
