Here is where I am at selling in spring in Canada taking short term rental till we buy taking very little with us but we are shipping over our Scottish terriers we can't leave them.What is this transfer of residency form do we fill it in before we leave Canada I'm guessing can't get dogs in without it.Also when do we fill it in now or just before we leave would be gratefully for any help just trying to get all our ducks in a row...,............

Complete the TOR as soon as you can. I submitted ours and it got approved in 2 weeks. There is a section on importing pets where it tells you to upload the pet health certificate, this can't be done until 10 days before you leave.
