I would use a firm, Vital certificates operate in the UK
They need to be notarsied by a Solicitor, then to the FCO in Milton Keynes, UAE embassy in London and then the Embassy in the UAE

What UKMS said is correct. You can cohabit but you cannot sponsor a partner as you need to married. With regards to sponsoring a Step-Child you will need permission from the childs Father

2-3 weeks later fly in for a face to face and have the company medical
Gov approval usually takes 2 weeks and then a week later offer sent...

It depends on the agency. Some don't make commissions etc they just get a monthly salary so a job placement is a job placement regardless of the daily rate
