I started with ANZ, who were great to start with. Then we started getting hit with the $5 fee each month. Quickly moved over to HSBC, who (I believe) offer a much better service for free!

I didn't use a website but instead used Taylor Made Travel. (sp?). They booked us on Emirates for £2150 one way, double baggage (4 adults/1 child)
