Security clearance is tricky. Sometimes it gets done within couple of weeks and sometimes upto six months. Since you will be working for defense, it will be very thorough and tome consuming.

#1 seems the most expensive since agencies are asking 5-8K fee upfront.

Good luck. I know it is very hard decision to make when money/benefits are slightly better than current one. If it was huge difference then it would have been no brainer to say yes or no.

I would suggest to ask them to pay housing and schooling since they are the most expensive things in UAE for decent ones. if not, add 200K for housing and 50K at least for decent school for 1 kid...

I think they emphasize on overall thing and not just one section of the tests. If I have to guess then emphasis could be more on interview and how you role-played in other two interviews.
