British schools can go up to 120/year, although 50-60k for primary and 80-90k for secondary is more standard at the better ones. Some companies will pay full school fees and I knew several Americans who got full school feels for all their kids, and one had four kids, at at the American School which is one of the most expensive schools in Dubai. Other companies offer a certain sum per kid and cap it to three kids. So there's variation.

Regarding housing, with a base of 100k a month I would expect the housing to be between 250-350 a year and payable in a single cheque. But ask. Also ask if the company covers utilities, housing tax etc, or whether this is to be paid via your housing allowance. Find out if the housing is use it or lose it, meaning they will only write the cheque to the landlord, or you get the money and it's up to you to spend it as you wish (great opportunity to save from it).

Ask about transportation allowances. Annual flights? How often? Business?

You have such a high basic salary that you may also be getting quite generous benefits. Pay close details to the t's and c's.
