Re: To move now or to wait

I'm broadly in agreement with the advice suggested by Lurchio earlier in the thread (quoted below)...i.e go for it now, but don't burn all your bridges in the UK.

Re: Worth Signing

Well, if this proposed referendum battleground contains facts, thorough economic analysis and a viable roadmap for our kids' future, then I'll be more than happy to accept a truly democratic result....

Re: Latest Brexit talks: EU Document release

Re: MOVING TO SPAIN PRIOR BREXIT

Not sure how you come to that conclusion. The Withdrawal Treaty including reciprocal citizens' rights will have to be ratified by all EU27, including the likes of Poland.

Re: Minimum income

Assuming that figure would apply across the board, then for a soon to be non-EU UK pensioner that's the equivalent of net income of £23,000 pa. That would count quite a few out.

Bloody nora, in...

Re: After Brexit

Exactly.

Always puzzles me that Brexiteers refer to 'us' and 'them' when talking about the EU. The UK has always had a seat at the EU table, our people have filled key positions and as a European...

Re: After Brexit

'Delusional' is very apt. All this Cabinet bickering about transition periods, or not, is totally ignoring the fact that the EU has to agree to any extension period beyond the allotted 2 years after...

Re: After Brexit

Of the 28 signatories to the EU Treaties one is unilaterally revoking 'the contract' if you will, and as a result the EU is merely proposing protecting and retaining all its lawful citizens' existing...
