hi I live in mandurah and there quite a lot of work here,about an hour from perth, you do know you will need to be registered, and you will need to get into airless spraying as most of the new work...

I dont think your find to many run down propertys now, and its not a very good area really, I would look at rockingham baldivas, or Mandurah houses have really shot up now and even run down they cost...

If its to good to be true it probably is, stick to the more well know names Dulux, Solver, Taubsmans.

Do you know who the manufacture is ? or is Luxury paints the manufacture.not heard of them...

Be aware you could be liable for captial gains tax on the portion of the house you are claiming when you come to sell it.

He will have no trouble getting sub contract work, loads of work and most will be new work, but you will need to be self employed, and most builders want an ABN and for you to be registered, though...

Australian Business number apply to the Australian Tax Office.

Might find it hard finding a full time job in painting, not many about and expect to earn 500-600 week, and once you take tax etc off...
