This is our experience-

Moved UK to Melbourne in May 2012 and used Pickfords (employer paid so I didn't see a bill but I know it was relatively expensive). They were fantastic though...

I say do it! If you get a sabbatical it's a safer option as leaves your options open for if you want to return to the UK.

The WHV means you can only work for one employer for a maximum of 6 months...
