Well I've never been anywhere in N.B. althought I have been to N.Scotia.

The lady next door is a Maritimer. They are in Ontario for work and the ski hills (long story) but they spend the summers...

22 Years in Canada, still miserable

Husband came over as a sweet young thing in his 20s. I grabbed him as soon as his feet hit Canadian soil. We have been together 20 years.

Four young children later, we currently have two homes....

Montessori teacher... there's loads of Montessori schools around, but many in my city (Ottawa) have struggled or shut down. Not all. Banking... not sure. I know a lot of people with the Cnd....

You can open an unlicensed home daycare ( your kids plus five in Ottawa) but would need an Early Childhood Education diploma to work in a child care centre. In Ontario, that's three years.

I think you have to pay EI premiums. If you are self or contractually employed, out of luck. UNLESS you are in Quebec which recognizes those groups.

There is no such thing as good TV in Ontario! We are Canadians and only watch BBC, Channel 4 and ITV!!! I only check the local station for weather!
