Ive rented sight unseen twice and both worked out great actually. Wouldn't recommend it for the same reasons as everyone has said but no horror stories here.

We lived in Maraetai until recently...

whereabouts are you? Ace driving in Auckland will sort you out i imagine, give them a call would be my recommendation.

Most driving schools can also test you in NZ

Have you got a Class2 already...

Nelson/ Tasman short term accommodation

Wondering if anyone can help? We arrive in Nelson on 20th November and are looking for a short term accommodation (2 adults and 1 baby) for around 3 weeks while we find a longer term rental.

We have been to Nelson and the area before yeah. We havw been in NZ for over 6 years...

Welly is the coolest place in NZ in my opinion (and a lot of others). Great Nightlife and just a good vibe about the place
Weather can be shit but on a nice day you would be hard pressed to beat...

Hooker Pacific employ fuel tanker drivers. Fonterra have just recruited and do this time every year for milk tanker drivers.

Both are accredited for WTR visa if you are under 55years old
