Re: Horse riding in the summer months.

Re: I think an online newspaper has been reading this forum

I have read that the left hand lane is only to be used for overtaking and that even when taking the 3rd exit you are supposed to stay in the right lane all the time. I have seen both ways described...

Re: Meat eating in Spain

We went to our friends house for a BBQ in the summer. They are Brits and have lived here about for five years or so. My friends wife said she wasn't sure if the packet of meat she had was...

Re: Meat eating in Spain

Pathetic because I don't cringe when I see a picture of a pig on a packet of pork chops perhaps? Making a fuss about a picture of an animal on the packaging really is pathetic.
I had suckling pig...

Re: Chimney and fire stuff

Our house would not get warm when we had a woodburner in the fireplace.
I checked that the chimney breast was not supporting part of the ceiling and then ripped the chimney breast out. Our...

Re: What would you do ?

I don't know if taking your neighbours dogs out would help or not. One of my brothers had a dog. He would walk the dog to the end of the road and back (less than 100 metres). The dog would misbehave...

Re: EU President-"Global Warming" Being Used As A Vehicle To Suppress Human Freedom

Re: EU President-"Global Warming" Being Used As A Vehicle To Suppress Human Freedom

I know how the world works. Everyone buys and sells to each other and everyone is supposed to be better off financially. My point is if the politicians really are serious about this issue then they...

Re: EU President-"Global Warming" Being Used As A Vehicle To Suppress Human Freedom

You miss my point. It's hypocrisy. Those people are using up for more fuel than I am. Some of it is coming via those power stations that you mentioned.
I already use as little electric and oil etc...

Re: EU President-"Global Warming" Being Used As A Vehicle To Suppress Human Freedom

I am pretty sure that every lump of coal and every drop of oil that can be extracted from the earth will be extracted and then burned for energy even if we all drove 5 miles less every week. It's...

Re: Is there anything hard to find at the shops?

I was trying to find doors for 3 brick built sheds. The cheapest doors I could find were 300euros each! They were good but too good for sheds. So I thought I would just by 3 cheap sheds and have the...
