I think nameCaesar's idea is correct. My case (I received a pre-grant letter) is, I live outside of Oz, but my wife couldn't load her IELTS test score, so I should pay the English education cost....

I received pre-grant letter and sent the English education fee for my wife at Oct 16th, 2009. I wish I have final approval soon.

Yesterday, the on-line status of DIAC was changed into Met except the evidence of English language ability of my wife.

The current status of it is "Requested", but I didn't get any...

To get higher score in a short term with relatively little effort, Reading part is comparably easier than others, I think as a person who has been suffered...

About a week ago I sent PLE asking my status. Today I got a reply says "Your application has been assigned to a CO." Hope not to long to be granted. Thank you all of you.:thumbsup:

Well, I was talking about any sponsor, such as state sponsor (175 to 176) or a family member sponsor.

If you lodged your application in Jan this year as a CSL and have a state sponsorship, I think it's a little bit strange, because some people have the same condition like you but lodged April and May...
