We stayed in the Morrocan in Surfers for one week and then the in the Pheonician at Broadbeach for another week. It worked out cheaper doing it this way because of the first week specials etc. Also...

We moved from Heswall in the Wirral last May & live in Arundel Hills which is just up the road from Pacific Pines. I'm sure we have spoken before, are you from Tranmere?

I moved to the Gold Coast last may from UK and just love it. We live in Arundel Hills and its lovely, however you wouldn't get a lot for $350k in this area, they tend to go for $450k to $650...

Legends hotel is a good hotel in Surfers, as is the the 'Moroccan' or you could try the 'Phoenician' hotel in Broadbeach. If you want airport or theme park transfers, then I can help you...

You have got to go up and have a meal in the Gold Coasts only revolving restaurant at the 'Fourwinds' restaurant in the 'Crown Plaza Hotel' on the Gold Coast Highway opposite the Monocco St junction....

Well what can I say, what a great turn out for our first Gold Coast British
Ex-Pats get together at Anzac Park opposite Australia Fair, and the weather stayed fine for us all.
