Thjere's a shop selling Brit foods (sauces, sweets, CHOCCIE! etc.) in Sanctuary Cove village.

Haven't actually seen Marmite but would probably be worth a look.

Counselling sounds like a good idea because alcoholism usually stems from something doesn't it? Be it family tragedy, insecurites, shyness etc. etc.
