A few suburbs I would look at if I worked in Richlands would be Jindalee, Sinnamon Park, Middle Park, Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood and Corinda which would all only be a short drive to work.

Are you planning on keeping the MTB?

You could try the newer 29ers and slap a set of slicks/semi slicks on them for the commute and then put the originals back on for any off roading you do.

We have used Mini Movers for our last 2 moves (between suburbs in Brisbane) and have had no problems. I would use them again for our next move.

I have a 50" Pioneer Kuro TV and still struggle to find panels to match it even today. The only problem is Pioneer have stopped building plasma's so if you do find one you will pay through the nose...

It all depends how much cash you have for a place. I would look at any area between the Dutton Park station and Yeerongpilly station on the link below but these areas wont be cheap.

Forest Lake to the Valley (via the city to drop the wife off) used to take me on average 45 mins when I lived out that way during peak hour. It is possible to get between the 2 places in 30 minutes...
