I am a bag of nerves I keep waiting for the phone to ring telling me our buyers are pulling out, when I see EA's number come up on my phone I brace myself.
Its all these stories of doom and gloom they have really got to me.
Its been a week since the offer and what with the Easter break things are now starting to move they have instructed solicitors so hopefully we can move on quickly because my nerves cant stand it.
Good luck everyone hoping that you get some viewers for the weekend.

I was hoping to sell before we changed to our new EA - but as that is happening on Monday, I doubt it now.
Just waiting for the post to see if our new draft details come. They promised to print us up a lovely cardboard folder - all posh, as we are an 'executive' property.

No news my end. Had to call the flat EA as my sign hadn't been moved to somewhere visible. He wasn't there - still on hols... GRRR I tell you dealing with 3 EAs at the same time is exhausting.

Lets hope they re book it and fall in love with it at first sight.
Had a look at classifieds and saw all your houses on there - it is gorgeous I don't know what people want now. Lets hope something sells soon.
