CONGRATULATIONS, Just read the posts as viewer was here for 2 HOURS, really loved the house in rented wants to bring her mum back on Sunday or Tuesday. Wants to move fast and be in within 6 weeks if possible. We will see, she has left her phone number, not sure why

Cheeky! It was in colour!
It was a series in the late seventies about a plague. Only a few people survived and it was about them. However it started with a sequence shot in airports of people travelling with colds and sneezing on other travellors and that was the way the plague was spread - just like the Walkermats!!

i think we've had a stroke of luck since joining this thread earlier on - we've got a viewer!!!
Not had one for ages, been trying to change the photograph that's used on rightmove and thought they were calling me about that - shocked...viewer!!!

YAY agreed a price last friday. People are in rented. He paid for his survey. I have hand delivered all the completed paper work back to solicitors. he coming round on saturday to measure up for something or other. hoping to complete around 15th November if not before Just keep everything crossed. Oh and stop putting naughty words on the forum that have to be removed by the mods

actually i do vaguely remember something of the sort but in the late seventies i was probably more likely to be watching blue peter than a programme about a plague
well if there is a worldwide outbreak of something nasty we will know who to blame

Hi Sammy hows it going? We're in the same boat as you again! Sold in June, chain collapsed mid September. We had booked shippers and already moved into a rental. Back on the market 2 weeks ago and have had six viewers but no takers. Now got two agents marketing it to see if that will move things along. We are now making a Plan B - we have to validate by April, so being pessimistic we are remortgaging to raise funds for a validation trip in March. When do you have to validate by?

We have a plan B, which is to rent the house out if we don't sell in time!
