I feel the same - why do people think it's Ok to put in insulting offers? The worst thing is, I am trying to keep them happy in case the other guy doesn't come through. Thanks Tina - don't know what they sold theirs for - do know they are only applying for a mortgage for half the value of the house. So should get it easily.

Had a bit of a sort out today went and cashed in loads of old bits of jejewelryhat has been laying in a draw for years God the price of gold has really shot up got loads for it so bought myself some good nice stuff feel bad now should have put it towards the Oz fund.... BAD FEELING GONE..LOVE MY NEW BLING::
